There were 2 rounds of in-person interviews on campus at my school, then a final round at a hotel in Chicago with several round-robin interviews. The round-robin interviews were a mix of Gallo employees and distributor partners, since you have to start at the distributor in sales because of legal issues (producers cannot sell directly to retailers).
