There were two interviews total, both in person. The first was more general behavioral questions with a mix of situational questions. The second was similar, but with someone higher up in the company.

Application
I applied through university. I interviewed at GALLO
Interview
The process took around 5 months. Began with a one on one interview to discover your personality and behavioral traits. You then get invited to a second-round interview where you speak with a director. The questions are all centered around leadership, problem-solving, and how you work with a team. Next, is the virtual regional recruiting conference where you have more interviews with directors, a sales presentation, and get more information on the ins and outs of the position you would be filling.
