It was pretty basic. They asked about the pst background, work experience and there were some behavioural questions they asked. They asked if I agreed with the terms of internship as it aas a unpaid one.

About my past work experience and how it will help in this position
Phone screening, and giving an offer letter immediately, asked about background and work experience, and any other previous internship experience in the field. Did not seem very interested in background information.
The process involved an online application, followed by a virtual interview focusing on communication skills, role clarity, and availability. It was simple and well-organized.The discussion focused on basic role understanding, communication skills, availability, and willingness to learn rather than technical depth. Overall, the process was straightforward and transparent.
