It is based on luck which internee is going to hire you lol. There are only interns who are hiring other intern and the process goes on and on.. After applying they'll be sending you email to fillout the forn and later on schedule the interview and they ask very basic questions available on google lol
Phone screening, and giving an offer letter immediately, asked about background and work experience, and any other previous internship experience in the field. Did not seem very interested in background information.
