After being shortlisted from Linkedin application, I had a Zoom meeting with the HR manager where shed asked general questions regarding my education, work experience. After a few days I received an offer letter for the job.

My educational background, professional experiences
Phone screening, and giving an offer letter immediately, asked about background and work experience, and any other previous internship experience in the field. Did not seem very interested in background information.
The process involved an online application, followed by a virtual interview focusing on communication skills, role clarity, and availability. It was simple and well-organized.The discussion focused on basic role understanding, communication skills, availability, and willingness to learn rather than technical depth. Overall, the process was straightforward and transparent.

There is one interview round for every candidate. These internships are specifically for students who want experience in HR field. The internship is unpaid, but provide the candidates with certifications.
