Basic interview , not too technical. Friendly interviewers, but not very knowledgeable. Salary not nnegotiable . Working from home allowed . No physical interviews . Max three people in the panel. Had two rounds

Their recruitment section found my profile online, contacted me and had a initial phone screen conversation. Recruiter friendly. Forwarded my CV to the hiring manager, then a MS teams video with the hiring manager. Rejected a week later, due to lack of "technical knowledge", even though this wasn't a specific technical interview. I would agree with other interview reviews where the writer is an "experienced" applicant. The 'A' word seems appropriate.
