The interview is typical, asking about experience and interests in the company. The only downside is the communication with the recruiter/lead as I had many inquiries and got next to no reply regarding the position.

Emailed the recruiter and spoke to the hiring manager for a half-hour in a casual get-to-know-you type call. The process of interviewing was fine. I was a little bummed I had to follow up 3+ times in order to hear back about my status though.

Interview
My interview process with GDA Capital took place over the course of 30 days. You can tell that the interviewers are passionate about their jobs and their industry, making the interview process quite exciting.
I met with the Hiring Manager for two rounds where typical interview questions were asked related to the role and my competencies. I was then invited to a panel interview for the third and final round, where the interviewers were interested in what inspires and motivates you as a person, and I found this refreshing. I was notified I got the job after the final round.
