I got the interview with GE Aviation through my university. The man i met with was a composite engineer in Cincinnati Ohio. He was very easy going and made me feel relaxed at the interview. From the questions i was asked its clear that GE values a persons character above skill. I respect that a lot.

Tell me about a time when you messed up. How did it affect you? What did you you learn?
Super easy process and HR and the hiring manager worked well together to get things rolling for me. It was three rounds and took just a week to get an offer
2 interviews, with the team and with the manager. Mostly about experience and projects done in the past. Interview with senior engineers with some technical questions and also ask for references.

good, a bit easy but not much detectable. Mostly covered thermodynamics part with engine and turbine based system. Energy conversion techniques is mandatory to attend the interview. Make sure you have the answer for all the simple questions.
