1. Online assessment (your avergae SJTs and whatnot) 2. Application questionnaire 3. Video Interview After submitting the video interview, they told me I was added to a long list. After four days, I was rejected on a Sunday morning. Highly doubt my assessment results have even been viewed by a real human being.

Interview
As of previously, I have just gone through the video interview, questions were not challenging and sufficient time was given to think through them before answering. Overall a positive experience that didn’t make me extremely anxious.

Question 1
They asked me what was a project where I had made a grave mistake, and what did I do to learn from it.
Firstly I took part in an online test and application form. Then went onto the video interview stage. The application seemed impersonal and based on information from the test which in my case didn't seem to reflect my abilities so found it quite difficult to interact with the company.
