      Procurement Interview

      15 Feb 2018
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Declined offer
      Neutral experience

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at GEP in Feb 2018

      Interview

If you are looking for a headache, the phone screening is step 1. After 30 minutes of screening I was told I would having another phone screening session to schedule, I prefer less steps in an already complicated process, luckily that's when I ended my call. Whilst the screener spoke a lot about the position, one would assume compensation or related topic would be mentioned in so form or other to attract the potential employee, this for me was a major red flag.

      Interview questions [1]
