Interview
The aptitude was followed by a telephonic interview. The aptitude involved DILR, Quants and Verbal. It was very similar to the CAT pattern. The telephonic interview started with very generic questions like- Tell me something about yourself, followed by past projects and experiences.
Took both the rounds but after 2nd round, results were not shared with us at all. For me both rounds went well, but i didn't get even the feedback like what went wrong during interview for them.

How would you manage if a task is to be delivered in a short timeline
R1 and R2 had guesstimates and case studies. Both went well but I got rejected after round 2.
Interviewers were well behaved and eager to answer.
Goood experience but unclear on their selection criteria.

Interview
I was interviewed in online mode and interviewer was keen on detail and tested thorough knowledge. there were multiple rounds of interview and questions were based on the CV mostly situation based questions and 3 rounds of face to face interviews were held.
