      Average interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GEP

      Interview

2 tiered process. First round was brief and case related. Nice interview although not sure interviewer knew exactly what he was asking me to do. Final round interview was a terrible experience. 3 interviews back to back (to the minute). Every employee who interviewed me seemed rushed, annoyed, or sick. It was clear they were given the interview as a task, and it was a last minute task. They did not seem to know what they were asking or how to even conduct the case interview. Little feedback provided and results oriented with no direction of what we were doing, expectations, etc... They seemed to be newer to the case study interviews as I dont think they knew what they were doing. They were not looking at your framework or thought process, they seemed to be evaluating your mathematical skills to do calculations by hand, which is extremely odd for a "tech company." Overall, bad experience. Do not let this be your first choice to work for... Out of the 4 people I met, one was nice/professional. The other 3 were rushed and annoyed, no personal skills. One even complained about HR scheduling this call with little notice. Dont waist people's time like that. Again, run away if possible.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Case Study & Behavioral Profitability & Market Sizing - provided with tiny screen shots on the screen or all the case at once as the interviewer reads and scrolls. Not ideal.
      Answer question

I applied online. I interviewed at GEP in Nov 2020

      Interview

Fun & Laid-back Two-Step Interview Process. First interview was a 1:1 behavioral interview. Then I heard back 6 days later about being invited to their Super Day, which consisted of 1 behavioral interview and 2 case study interviews. I received an offer 16 days later

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Normal behavioral questions with interesting and complex case study questions related to operations, profitability, market sizing, and breakeven analysis. One out of the case studies was iterative in that, you gave a recommendation, and then you were presented with another element that changes the problem a couple of times, requiring you to weigh if you should make a different recommendation or keep your current recommendation.

      Application

I applied through university. I interviewed at GEP (Tampa, FL) in Oct 2020

      Interview

I had a very positive interview experience with GEP. I applied through the career fair and was extended an initial interview. After that I was invited to Super Day which took place virtually and consisted of 3 back to back interviews. The first was behavioral followed by two case interviews, which were relatively difficult. Everyone I interviewed with was very friendly and easy to connect with. It was a great interview experience from start to finish!

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Standard why GEP and why consulting type of questions and a few situational questions.
