I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at GEP (Winston-Salem, NC) in Jun 2011
Interview
The interviewing process was very straight up. I sat down with 4 different people and they asked me questions about my resume and my experiences. They of ourse told me about their company and what I should expect as an intern. They really want to work with you and make sure you get something out of the intern, as well as themselves. Overall, it was a great experience.
Very lengthy process for a company offering such an average package. 4 rounds of screening was definitely tiring. The last round interview was quite unusual. One point I hate about online interviews is that the interviewer not switching on their cameras, the funny part is that on every link of the interview they mentioned that the interviewer's camera would be on
Fairly easy. They were very accomodating during the whole process and it was very enjoyable. It was three rounds in total, one initial interview, one case study and one personal fit.
Interview was pretty straight forward for first round, starts with some behavioral, then into one case, and then interview ends there, overall pretty standard casing question, has 2 rounds, second round is super day
