Interview
On campus recruitment. The whole procedure took two days. One day in college and other in GES office Trivandrum. The test had two papers, one with 3 sections with questions from General technology, Digital Electronics and some analog circuits and the last one with basic quants and graphics. On the second day, there were four rounds : programming test, technical GD , technical interview and HR interview. The programming test will be simple if you know the basics of 8051 programming and some microcontroller knowledge. Technical GD was kinda simple, they just check your technical knowledge and communication skills. Nothing to worry about HR interview. But I guarantee that technical GD won't be that simple. For me , it took about 30-45 minutes and they tested my theoretical and practical knowledge in digital, analog circuits, image processing and even Machine Learning as it was related with my main project.

Interview
Very systematic. I had the telephonic round and 2nd level techical and a HR Round. The process was completed in a week. Not much lag in response. There are candidate engagement ways that they have.
