“The interview process at GHD starts with an email, followed by a telephone discussion on motivations. Due to poor communication between the two HR personnel, the first scheduled time was wasted. Afterwards I had a one-hour interview with two senior engineers through Microsoft Teams. One of the interviewers didn't smile at all, and I was a bit nervous. The questions mainly focused on my previous skills and experience, and most of them were very technical. After the interview, they didn't provide any feedback or confirmation of their rejection.
