Made it through to the final interview phase after initial phone screening with the recruiter and manager 1:1. Asked standard interview questions one would expect for the position. Recruiter eased any nervous feelings I might of have by stating "this is just a normal chat". The reason why I didn't get selected is that I didn't have the direct experience they were after even though they noticed my transferable skills, enthusiasm and passion for the role. Future employees should look at current resume and evaluate if their experience has a strong correlation to the advertised role.
