Interview
HR reaches out to you for an open position you qualify for. Questions regarding relevant experience towards the position applying for. How many years of experience you have is a plus but learning on the job is key.
I applied through university. I interviewed at GLC
Interview
Applied through my school career. I heard back after about two weeks. 30 min interview with all technical questions and two brain teasers. The interviewers were pretty intense and seemed like they were trying to intimidate me. First question asked was what I thought about their website.

Interview
Headhunter reviews resume, then calls you and goes through the job description and whether they think you fit. They then give it to an in house HR person at the Hospital. I'm in the process now. If you are going to go through headhunters, you need many, I have 12 so far. Be available, but don't be afraid to let them leave a message so that you can think about what you want to say.
