Quick phone interview with HR and was later brought in for person interview. simple. No difficult or behavior based questions. They laid out their expectations and explained the work culture. I asked them questions because I really had know idea how the business works. They took me on a tour of the office but I didn't get to shadow anyone.

Interview
One recorded interview then about a month later another interview with the department head. All of the interviewing was done through hirevue.
It helped that I stayed in contact with hr throughout the process. It left a positive impression as they could tell I was very interested in the position.
The interview process is quiet easy. There are only two rounds. The first one is phone interview from the HR, mainly talking about the resume. The second one is the on-site one.
