Short phone interview/screening after submitting CV and cover letter online. I was notified the day before, so I could prepare. I probably over-prepared for this interview, which made me sound more robotic, hence the process ended there.
Quick process overall. The talent team is pretty alert when it comes to arranging interviews with the hiring manager & kind enough to revert to any hiring process queries. Even the hiring managers were quite kind and not too tough to deal with.

Employer was very friendly and approachable. Felt like a genuine conversation rather than a grilling process. The employer was also interested in candidates as a person on top of technical competencies.
