There were 3 rounds of interview. All telephonic. The interview started on the same lines, Introduce yourself but there focus was mainly on the pracrticle work or projects I did during my MBA. There was not a single theoriticle question. They can ask you about any project in detail. So be prepared for the things which you have written in your resume. First round was taken by HR, 2nd by some sales team guy, and 3rd by Area Sales manager.
