Applied online in late October, and was invited to a recorded assessment interview within a couple of days. It took me through a variety of stories and scenarios and evaluated how I would react to them. I was notified that I passed almost immediately. (They promised feedback, however, it was never sent) Next I was invited for a second online assessment (job simulation) which took me through more scenarios, but these were more technical focused, such as writing a response email and analyzing data. After successful completion I didn't hear for 3 weeks, then I got an email with a survey about how the process has been... and then another two weeks later saying they are reviewing my application... Finally another month and a half later, I was invited to the in-person assessment day in Philadelphia. The assessment day consisted of one 30 min one-on-one traditional (behavioral) interview, 4 micro exercises to see how you think and work, and lastly 1 group exercise to see how you work in a group. Everything was fairly straight forward, with some micro assessments being more rigorous than others, however the group assessment is what got me. They evaluate your group to see how you tackle a prompt together, so be wary of those who try to dominate the conversation, because the 15 min are up like that, and if you haven't gotten to say much of significance, it's over.
