They e-mailed me to schedule a phone interview. They called and we spoke for about 25 minutes about my experience and such. Then they called me back about a week later to schedule an interview for in-person. This was mostly a chance to meet formally and to see the place.

Virtual interview. Check the camera and microphone to be working well. Be cautious of the deadline; you get a window during which you have to finish the full virtual assessment. You get several attempts in case your connection breaks during the interview; however, I believe it's only 1 more or 2 more attempts
