It was online interview, I have to record my answers for question asked by system. I had to tell about previous experience, why i decide to change the job and describe demanding situation at work and how i resolve it. I was disaapointed with no feedback after the interview.

Interview
I completed a recorded video interview first, and then was contacted for a 90 minute video interview with 3 representatives from the company. I was asked many behavioral/situational type questions, "Tell me about a time when...." and then I was given opportunity to ask questions at the end.
