Went through the whole process and never heard a reply back at all on if I was considered for the job or not. Very disappointed and I even followed up a couple times.

How do you handle difficult customers on day to day basis within the role?

Colloquio via zoom con il responsabile di settore , domande generiche su chi sono cosa faccio nella vita che altri lavori ho svolto , situazioni complesse in cui mi sono trovata e come ho deciso di gestirle, domanda sul fatto che non vivo a Parma quindi come avrei fatto, se mi sarei trasferita e come pensavo di fare a trovare un appartamento in cui alloggiare.
