      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at GSK in Feb 2016

      Interview

Video Interview: there were 5 questions which were pre-recorded, and you had 60 seconds to think about each question before it automatically started recording the video and audio. Each question had 90 seconds to answer each question. All the questions were competency based, not that difficult, and you got enough time to think and formulate your answer. Video interview was the second stage of the application process, first was the actual application form + numeracy and other tests which were not too difficult.
