The process was pretty generic. An application- Tests-World of GSK assessment. The world of GSK was different because it was a mixture of maths, written and video questions. You get a response straight away, I assume it depends on how well you do on the written and maths questions.

Interview
1) Online application, including motivational questions and an aptitude test online (the one aptitude test now incorporates numeracy, situation-based, values-fit, etc)
2) Stage 2 was a pre-recorded video interview- one minute to prepare in response to video questions and two and a half minutes to answer into webcam. Questions- why specific scheme; competency based questions etc
Stage 3- Assessment Centre- group exercises; individual interview; preparation and delivery of a mock presentation; situation-based role-play
AC was by far the most challenging aspect.
