I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GSK
Interview
First had a 20 minute written test comprising of 15 or so questions, basic addition and subtraction, ordering and alphabetisation.
The whole interview lasted about 90 minutes. An overview of the management system, job involvement etc was explained, then I was asked to give an overview of my CV. The two interviewers picked questions from a list, but as I had given an overview of my CV in relation to the job I felt it was more of a conversation than an interview where I had to elaborate on experience and skills previously mentioned.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at GSK (Aiken, SC) in Nov 2015
Interview
About three people are in the room. They will just be lab heads and managers. If working there as a contractor beforehand the interview is more of a formality rather than a serious panel interview.
