Barely discussed technical background, talked about hypothetical situations involving customer satisfaction and importance of surveys. Basically just talk about customer service, and you're pretty much good to go. However, make sure you're confident in your technical experience before applying here or else you're going to get absolutely eaten alive by clients.

Very easy and relaxed process. They sat me down at a table with two hiring managers and asked me a bunch of questions from their pre-determined sheet. I was offered the job but declined because I’m in college and they wanted me to work 40hrs minimum. They told me they were severely understaffed
