First Process is Telephone Interview, Then a Practical and Written Test followed by an interview with Branch Manager in store!Practical test was difficult but could of been harder. Over complicating IT issues is the main reason people fail. Look for all the basic and easy outcomes before the hard ones! Group stage and interview process is all down and based on personality, be friendly, stand out and have fun!
