Applied for a UI/UX role. Completed an unpaid design task and received feedback that the design met requirements. Final offer: USD $700/month for a 6-day workweek. I was asked to redesign the homepage of a website. Also making sure to create the entire design system for the project, down to colors, typography, input, navigation, buttons, CTAs, icons, etc. The duration for the task was 5 days.
