      Senior Account Executive Interview

      23 Apr 2026
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Gelato in Mar 2026

      Interview

One iq style test and then 5 rounds of interviews culminating in an interview with the CEO. Was a fair amount of work and slightly too longer process, especially seeing as though I didn't get it. But everyone I met was great, each stage was varied, and overall can't complain. The last one with the CEO I felt was unecessary, and really not much was learnt for either side, he has his algorithm and if you fit it, you'll get the job, this stage felt rushed. Was sad not to get it as they seem like a great company with huge amibtion. Special mention to their hiring manager who was incredibly helpful throughout the process.
