The process is subjects based on who you interview, if they like you, they’ll get back fairly quick. The first person you speak to, which is an HR is very polite, It’s a rather small office They’re always constantly hiring.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Geller & Company (New York, NY) in Jun 2019
Interview
The interview process was very straightforward in terms of transparency, ease of scheduling, and the welcoming demeanor displayed by the company. I initially applied for a more junior role but was asked to come in for an entirely different, senior position working as an EA for one of the company's partners.
The company is vibrant and dynamic, without question; however, in both interviews, I was told following the interview that they feared I expected more from the role. Having not a single clue what that meant, a quick Google search determined that this feedback effectively means the employer fears I would become bored quickly. I nor my recruiter really understand where this perception came from on both interview occasions, but it is clear that if you get an interview, you may have to stifle how much responsibility you would like to take on. Eagerness to work and understand the company reads as a negative here.
If it means anything, I went through to the final interview process for both roles I applied for at Geller.
