Generac Power Systems Supervisor interview questions

Basic interview. The recruiter initially missed our phone interview. Lied and said they called and went to voicemail, yet no missed call, no voicemail left, and took 3 days to answer a follow up email. Pretty blatant. At least be honest and admit you forgot. Would have more respect for that. Rescheduled for another day and they finally called. Everytime he would ask a question he would type so absurdly loud I couldn't hear myself speak on the phone. Caused me to fumble my words or forget a part of the question. Almost seemed purposely. My patience had already been worn thin by then and that was the kicker. I wouldn't have accepted an offer after that. Thankfully I was offered the same position with higher pay and better benefits at another company. Also, generac pay isn't competitive compared to their counterparts for manufacturing. I made more as a floor worker at my old plant than I would as a supervisor with generac.
