The company uses the STARLA format for interviews. You must answer in the manner of stating a situation or task that you addressed, the action(s) you took, the results achieved, lessons learned and how would you apply the learned lessons in the future. All questions on behavior must be answered in that fashion. Failure to do so is discounted.
