Interview
They were at the career fair at college, they did also engineering mixer dinner. They give 2 interviews, one situational and another more technical with actual field questions depending your field. At the end of the second interview they wait 2 weeks approximately to give you a response. Later on their HR department contact you to give you the hiring instruction process

Pretty simple for internships, screening then one to two rounds, usually with the hiring manager, director and those on the same team- after the first round, they may reach out directly with an offer if they really like you

Consistió en tres etapas. La primera fue una llamada breve para verificar tu cv y preguntas rutinarias, la segunda fue entrevista en línea con la inteligencia artificial de la empresa (te hacía preguntas y tenías 3 minutos para responder) y la última fue en el corporativo con dos personas del área (preguntas de competencias método STAR)

The interviewers were friendly and took the time to explain the format before starting. The interview consisted entirely of behavioural questions, and they provided detailed answers to all of my questions.
