Interview process was smooth. HR scheduled a phone call, then after the call, they informed me I will be endorsed for my final interview. Final interview was panel type, with three hiring managers. Interview mostly covered behavioral questions--regarding both your experience and hypothetical situations--and two technical questions. Hiring managers told me they'll inform me of the results within three days to a week, but got the offer the next morning after my interview.

Tienen un filtro previo de entrevista por telefono luego pasan a presencial. Se enfocan mucho en el conocimiento que tengas sobre la industria automotriz y sobre como usas lo que aprendiste tanto en estudios o trabajos anteriores al puesto en el que estas postulando, luego te cuentan sobre como estan posicionados en el mercado y que retos tienen y te preguntan como crees que vas a contribuir.
