I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Generally Intelligent in Mar 2024
Interview
I had a 30 minute chat with a technical interviewer. They asked why I was applying to the position, what my ideal role was, and briefed me on the interview process.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Generally Intelligent (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2024
Interview
The first interview was leetcode medium/easy but requires fast coding (you should practice to code fast and bugless)
The second interview was SUPER hard (codeforces div1 A at least!). Luckly I did competitive programming
The last interview (work trial) was kind of dissapointing to me. I was assigned a direct reporter that was not in my timezone. The project were very open-ended. Unluckly I did not pass. The feedback said I was not innovative enough (with also, it's in my opinion very bad feedback because it 's not actionable, even when I really remarked I appreciate honest feedback to improve).
The people were fin, very open to discuss things with me and warm though.

Interview
HR round, followed by a one hour Coding Interview. HR round was fine. Programmer showed up 15 minutes late for test, no excuse given, nor explanation on why not selected for further round.
