Genghis Capital interview questions

Interview had three stages, one technical and two behavioral interviews with senior members of the team. The technical interview focused on my reports i had done with my previous employer and my thought process on valuation. Behavioral interview was focused on company strategy and goals and my ability to contribute to them. Generally a friendly process and prompt feed back.

The interviewers were friendly and the questions generally related to investment landscape in Kenya specifically the investment options, regulator information that CMA and just general question related to investments, like types of investments available to investors and knowledge about the company
