Interview
An in-person interview with the hiring manager followed by another in-person interview with several team members including the CEO. It was easy to reach them and communicate during the process. The decision was communicated a couple of weeks later.

Question 1
Several specific questions relevant to the tasks on hand in addition to general questions on the motivation to join them. One person detailed their company culture and the things they do to promote it. Overall, everyone was nice to interact with.
