Apply online then they send you to a temp service after reaching out to you. We went to a group orientation and met with several members of management. Took a quick tour. Went over safety and basic quality information.

Interview
There's really not much of an interview process. You apply, you have the job. You don't need a GED or High school diploma, just some previous work experience. Just let them know that you love to work hard for pay that's not worth it, and the job is yours. The turnover rate is very high due to the difficulty and fast paced nature of the work, so they are always looking for new employees.

A quick briefing on safety and a tour of the plant. If you showed up, you got a job. It really was that simple. They can't keep people and blame the "poor east texas workforce" as the reason why.
