Interview
I conducted it over Skype, since I was studying abroad. The questions pertained to your attraction to Gensler and to your portfolio. I went over my digital models, mostly, and walked them through my concepts. I picked the two best projects from my school studio.
They conducted an English only interview. A self intro and portfolio sharing, followed by a quick, causal chat with team members. Very friendly vibe overall and I would recommend this firm.

Interview
The interview process felt like a gradual conversation where each step became more personal and specific. It started with a recruiter call that was relaxed and focused on my background and interest, then moved into a deeper discussion with the hiring manager where I walked through my experiences and explained my thinking and design approach.
they ask you to explain your portfolio and they ask questions about it. They also ask my last intern experiences. And if their is one specific project that i wish to join.
