Interview
The interview process was with two senior members of the team. Talked about myself and described briefly my portfolio, professional experiences, and goals. Interviewers talked about the scope of work and the characteristics of an ideal candidate. Described more in details about the work at Gensler and what type of work the company is trying to move forward.

Interview
The interview went smoothly overall, but the interviewer took long pauses before asking each question. Those pauses created several awkward moments of silence, making the conversation feel slower and less natural.

I had 1 interview with the design director and design manager. It was straightforward and they asked about my skills and experience. It did not seem as hard as I thought it would be.
