I had a phone interview with a recruiter first and then was asked to come onsite for an interview. At Gentex I had four different interviews in a row. One with the recruiter, one with each person who would be my boss and one with the head of the department.

This was a very casual phone interview. The manager was very laid back and offered me an internship shortly after. For being such a large company i was suprised with the overall process.

When I interviewed with Gentex it was very easy and well thought out. It was a preliminary interview they asked good questions and overall made for a very easy process.
