The process was very unprofessional. I applied and was told to call back if interested. When I did, no one answered, and later I was told I was unsuccessful. I emailed asking why, and they apologised and offered me an interview. During the interview, I was told I had passed and would go to the final stage. However, a week later I heard nothing. When I followed up again, I was told I was unsuccessful, which completely contradicted their earlier communication. Overall, very poorly handled and unprofessional.
