I applied online. A few days later I was contacted by phone to setup a phone screen interview. The phone screen lasted about 20 min. A few days after that, I received and e-mail asking me to call back to setup an appointment for an onsite interview at the Santa Fe Springs, Ca facility. At the onsite interview, I was interviewed by two people, an HR person and the floor supervisor. They asked me questions about my resume, education, previous work experience and then situational type questions. The interview lasted about 30 min. The Monday of the following week I received a rejection e-mail.

I applied through a temp agency rather than directly through the company so my experience may be a bit different but apart from a phone interview and a drug test there wasn't much to the hiring process.

Telephone inteview & face to face staff were very welcoming they answered all the questions i had they made me feel comfortable in my interview explained the job in detail it was one of the mos easy going interviews i have ever had
