Very quick interview process only taking a couple weeks, starting at a college career fair which turned into a formal application. This was then followed up by a pre-recorded behavioral interview. Lastly there was a technical interview with current engineers, where they simply went over the resume and asked technical questions pertaining to the skills and experiences you had listed.

Question 1
Behavioral, and technical questions based off your resume.
I applied through university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Georgia-Pacific
Interview
First a 45 min on campus interview following the career fair with two engineers. The next week I was contacted via phone and email regarding site visits. Site visits consisted of one on one interviews, 30 minutes each, 5 different people followed by lunch and a tour. All behavioral questions. It's not as intimidating as it sounds, each interviewer basically asks the same questions. I'm assuming this is to make sure your answers are consistent. Most questions are geared towards teamwork, completed projects, and going above and beyond. Give long detailed answers, they seemed to respond positively to that.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Georgia-Pacific (Crossett, AR) in Nov 2016
Interview
The interview process was in two separate parts from different people, both an hour long each. On top of the MBM principle questions they asked, each individual was interested in where I was from, my work history, and wanted to get to know me on a personal level.
