Long and redundant. Interview with at least 6 people in one day. The process from start to finish was over a month interviewing with multiple people. The questions were the typical behavior based.

There were several rounds of interviews with multiple people in HR; great communication from recruiter along the way; pay was higher than other companies; I ultimately accepted an offer. The process didn’t take very long at all.

Interview
The process is well thought out, initial contact is made by a recruiter which schedules a phone screening. If successful you will speak with the Area HR Manager, and then move forward to an on-site interview if the second call/phone interview is successful.
