Straightforward - behavioral. "Tell me about a time questions..". Mostly focused on personal accountability, entreprenuership, etc. Some quality connection time before and after the questions. Lots of opportunity to ask questions of the interviewer etc.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Georgia-Pacific (Greenfield, WI) in Jan 2020
Interview
Very lengthy interview process. . 10 weeks! Met with panel interview for three hour interview. Another follow up interview 4 weeks later. Made it to the top two candidates, to find out that, they selected the other candidate. Very little communication during the interview process… Not impressed with the company!
