The interview process was good and fairly easy. It was not difficult. I would say focus on behavioral, why you want the internships, things like that. During the interview process, try to also see if it is the right fit for you as it must be a right fit on both sides.

I applied online and got email to schedule a phone interview in a week. After that it took a long time to hear back from the employer. I finally received the contract after two months.

Interview
Hiring process took place in the early spring months for summer interns. It consisted of a sport interest questionnaire and a thirty minute phone interview with the executive director. The process was pretty quick, from start to finish it took about three weeks to apply and find out if you were hired or not.
