Formal interview as expected, but surprisingly easy-going staff! Plan for at least 2 interviewers or panel-style interview. Be prepared to offer examples from your experience that relate to the role (i.e. anecdotal questions) and how the authority can help you achieve your goals.
You sit in a room with the managers and discuss your work experience. They make you feel very relaxed. I thought it was one of the best interview experience I've had.

Fijn. Na de eerste contactmoment werd ik opgebeld en opgehaald door de bedrijfsarts. Deze man gaf goedkeuring aan het gehoor, wat ik als prettig ervaarde. Voor de rest kwamen ze de weken er na nog langs! Ik denk dat andere bedrijven dit zo doen dit echt van waarde zou kunnen zijn.
